Government and Institutional Business
HANSE is well-positioned to facilitate transactions with governments and institutional bodies, including formal tenders. These operations typically require the local involvement of a HANSE Correspondent, or a private broker/trader accredited by HANSE. These representatives must be licensed and possess the necessary local contacts to execute the transaction effectively.
The "Commitment & Activation" Clause
Section X: Financial Commitment & Onboarding Priority
X.1. Immediate Obligation: Upon execution of this Business Registration, the Applicant enters a binding commitment for the Accreditation and Assessment process. The associated fee of is due and payable immediately to secure the allocated assessment window.
X.2. Administrative Activation: The Applicant acknowledges that the accreditation process involves the immediate allocation of specialist resources and auditor scheduling. Consequently, access to the assessment environment is granted only upon receipt of the full fee or a valid bank transfer confirmation.
X.3. Validity Period & Cancellation: This registration remains valid for two (2) business days from the date of signature. If the assessment fee is not received within this period, the registration will be deemed "Lapsed due to Non-Performance."
X.4. Re-Activation: To maintain operational efficiency, lapsed registrations are automatically archived. Re-activating an archived file is subject to an Agio re-processing fee and may result in a shift to the next available quarterly assessment cycle.
